Job summary

Cummins is seeking a Maintenance Leader for the CDBS site in York, SC. This onsite role leads reliability initiatives, TPM implementation, and capital projects to improve uptime and performance.

You will build and coach a high-performing maintenance organization and partner with operations, engineering, and quality to meet site objectives. The role requires a STEM degree, a strong maintenance background, and proven leadership in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• Significant supervisory and leadership experience.
• Experience leading maintenance and reliability programs.

Responsibilities

• Set maintenance mission, vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with COS.
• Drive reliability and uptime through TPM, PM optimization, and shutdown planning.
• Develop and lead high-performing maintenance teams.
• Manage AOP, budgets, KPIs, resources, customer agreements, and capital projects.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships across operations, engineering, quality, and leadership.
