Job summary

BD in Sumter, SC seeks an Equipment Reliability Leader to drive high asset reliability while optimizing maintenance costs through a site-wide program. You will lead a team of reliability engineers, controls and vision technicians, coordinating with PM and Product Line teams to develop a robust maintenance plan addressing weak components.

You will implement reliability centered maintenance, manage MTTR/MTBF trends, mentor hourly associates, and champion continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years manufacturing experience in highly automated environments.
• 5+ years in a supervisory leadership role.
• 5+ years applying reliability tools and RCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability team to eradicate significant breakdowns and reduce costs.
• Define site maintenance strategies aligned to budget and asset classification.
• Coach teams during root-cause investigations and promote reliability practices.
• Coordinate CBM tool implementations and maintenance program improvements.
• Monitor MTTR, MTBF, trends and maintenance costs to set priorities.
