Job summary

Cmacommunities in Atlanta, GA 30308 is seeking a part-time maintenance associate to clean, organize, and maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds for the community.

You will provide excellent customer service to homeowners, residents, and staff; monitor contractors for policy compliance; and perform basic maintenance tasks including painting, repairs, and seasonal duties. The role requires reliability and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in general grounds or buildings maintenance.
• General knowledge of drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry trades.
• Must be able to operate tools and equipment related to facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, residents, and staff.
• Reports to Property Manager and Board of Directors; care and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Monitor contractors to ensure policy compliance and protect common areas.
• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms, floors, and surfaces; restock supplies.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs; report major damages.
