Job summary

Associa On Call in Columbia, MD is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to provide administrative, scheduling, and customer service support to the Maryland Maintenance & Construction Division. You will coordinate work orders with field technicians, vendors, and community managers, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and billing.

This onsite role requires strong organization, multi-tasking, and dependable follow-through.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in residential management or construction industries in customer service, scheduling, estimating, or project management.
• Working knowledge of residential maintenance, repair, and/or construction for single-family, multifamily, condominium, HOA, or community association properties.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with community managers, residents when applicable, vendors, contractors, technicians, and internal management.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, multi-task work environment with interruptions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, manage time and meet deadlines, prioritize and be decisive.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with technicians, vendors, contractors, community managers, and internal management.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
