Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking an on-site Maintenance Specialist in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role requires a Journeyman-level background and 2+ years of construction site experience, with a pay rate of $34.81 per hour.

You will perform maintenance and site cleanup on new construction projects, escort subcontractors, install floor protection, maintain IAQ, operate service vehicles, and collaborate with other trades while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of journeyman-level jobsite experience.
• Valid state driver’s license and U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to obtain intelligence community clearance.
• Ability to pass pre-hire background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and jobsite cleanup on new construction projects.
• Escort subcontractors and repair/replace system furniture components.
• Install floor protection and dust enclosures as needed.
• Maintain IAQ by replacing mats and filters.
• Operate government vehicles and other equipment.
• Assist other trades and follow safety policies.
