Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of journeyman-level jobsite experience.
• Ability to complete and maintain customer-specific escort.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse workforce.
• Must possess mature judgment and work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with basic mathematical functions.
• General knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to pass pre-hire background and drug screening.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required clearance.
• Valid state driver’s license and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and jobsite cleanup on new construction projects; escorts subcontractors and repairs/replace system furniture components.
• Installs floor protection and dust enclosures; maintains IAQ by replacing mats and filters.
• Vacuuming and site cleaning; uses hand/power tools and measuring instruments.
• Plans, organises work to meet deadlines; capable of multitasking.
• Responds to emergency site maintenance as required; conducts inspections and diagnoses problems.
