Conduent is seeking an Insert Operator for the Mailroom II role at our Lynnfield, MA facility. The position emphasizes quality control of printed files, verification of output accuracy, and preparation for the production floor.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to sit or stand for extended periods, and be proficient with Excel and computers. This is a full-time onsite role with quarterly overtime and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check.
• Able to sit/stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Familiar with Excel and computers; able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Quality control of printed files.
• Check for errors on the output.
• Release the output to the operation floor for processing.
• Enter information into a computer, print files, and process documents.
• Troubleshoot basic computer and printer issues.
