Conduent is hiring an Insert Operator for the Mailroom II at onsite location in Lynnfield, MA. The role focuses on quality assurance, operating printing and processing tasks, and ensuring client satisfaction in a fast-paced production environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to multitask, familiar with Excel and computers, and willing to work Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm with potential overtime quarterly. Benefits start day one and opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be able to sit/stand for long periods
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Full-time onsite only required

Responsibilities

• Quality control of printed files
• Check for errors on the output
• Release the output to the operation floor for further processing
• Enter information into a computer, print files, and process documents
• Simple problem solving and troubleshooting for computers and printers
