Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Mail Machine Operator for our Erlanger, KY facility. The role involves setting up and operating high-speed mail insertion equipment to support production schedules, while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.

You will report to the shift supervisor and work a 3-shift schedule including one Saturday per month. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, meeting production goals, and adhering to USPS and

Qualifications

• Prior experience in high-speed production environment preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and operate high-speed inserting equipment.
• Accurately complete required documentation.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate inserting equipment per job specs.
• Inspect envelopes for paper type, inserts, folding, sealing and address placement.
• Meet production goals and achieve changeover times of 20 minutes or less.
• Reconcile diverted packages to ensure correct pages.
• Load inserts into bins to maintain production.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and USPS requirements.
• Notify supervisor or service technician of malfunctions.
• Maintain organized, safe work area.
• Move completed skids using a pallet jack.
• Perform varying duties as needed.
