Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Mailroom Manager for the Cover Virginia operation, onsite in Virginia to oversee the central mailroom supporting the Virginia Medicaid program. You will lead the team, manage document receipt and distribution, data entry, scanning, and indexing, and drive accuracy and efficiency.

You will develop staff, evaluate workflows and technology, and identify opportunities to improve automation and quality across the mailroom.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mailroom or similar operations.
• Ability to manage data entry, scanning, indexing.
• Strong focus on accuracy, quality, and automation.

Responsibilities
