Focus People is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative I (Mailroom) in Stone Mountain, GA. This 100% onsite role supports daily mailroom operations and internal service to agency employees, with a standard full-time schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The successful candidate will handle clerical tasks, operate mailing equipment, and ensure mail and supplies are processed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of experience communicating information in a customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily mailroom operations and clerical duties.
• Operate mailing and shipping equipment.
• Provide customer service to agency employees and internal teams.
• Deliver mail and supplies throughout the agency.
• Prepare outgoing mail for shipment by close of business.
• Assist with facility-related requests as needed.
• Stay current on all applicable security protocols, manuals, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
