Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced Mail Room Team Lead to support California's Medi-Cal operations from the Rancho Cordova office. You will lead day-to-day mail processing, coordinate workflow, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery of documents in a high-volume environment.

This hands-on role requires supervising clerks, scanners, and production staff, maintaining security and HIPAA compliance, and partnering with supervisors to resolve workflow issues while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mail room or high-volume document processing environment.
• Previous lead or senior team role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to handle confidential information per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily mail room workflow and handle high volumes.
• Provide guidance to mail clerks and production staff.
• Monitor production, quality, inventory, and SLAs; report issues.
