Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Mail Room Supervisor to support California’s Medi-Cal program in Rancho Cordova. You will oversee a high-volume mail room, ensuring secure handling of documents, timely processing, and adherence to SLAs.

You will supervise staff, coach performance, monitor production, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to optimize operations and maintain quality. This onsite role offers growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in mail room operations or related environment.
• Three or more years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in high-volume production with SLAs or turnaround targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mail room operations including receiving, sorting, scanning and distributing mail.
• Lead, coach and train mail room staff; monitor performance and workflow.
• Track volumes, turnaround times and quality against SLAs.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA/security compliance for documents.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of mail room equipment.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues.
