Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a highly motivated Engineering student for a Machine Design or Controls Engineering Co-op in Central Wisconsin from January to August or May to December. You will work onsite, supporting electrical panel wiring, CAD design, and project lifecycle activities.

You will gain hands-on experience in design development, troubleshooting, and programming while collaborating with engineers and technicians and benefiting from a structured Early Talent Program.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Computer, Electrical, Robotics, or similar).
• On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less.
• Ability to collaborate with peers and leaders while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with curiosity to learn and improve processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programs.
• Classwork with exposure to: Electrical Design, Automation and controls programming, Electrical Power

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical panel and machine wiring and develop Bills of Material.
• Support troubleshooting and programming while contributing to design development and project quoting.
• Gain experience with CAD design, engineering analysis, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to see projects through the full lifecycle.
