Greenheck Group is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Operations Co-op in Central Wisconsin for an 8-month term. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position runs either January–August or May–December, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity improvements, with exposure to GPS/CI and Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related bachelor’s degree program.
• On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less.
• Interest in hands-on learning.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day manufacturing and gain hands-on experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Apply data analysis, problem-solving, and process-improvement methods on projects.
• Assignments may include Production Supervision, GPS/CI, Materials, Scheduling, or Quality/BPI.
