Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a highly motivated Engineering student for a Machine Design or Controls Engineering Co-op in Central Wisconsin from January to August or May to December. You will work onsite, supporting electrical panel wiring, CAD design, and project lifecycle activities.

You will gain hands-on experience in design development, troubleshooting, and programming while collaborating with engineers and technicians and benefiting from a structured Early Talent Program.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Computer, Electrical, Robotics, or similar).
• On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less.
• Ability to collaborate with peers and leaders while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with curiosity to learn and improve processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programs.
• Classwork with exposure to: Electrical Design, Automation and controls programming, Electrical Power

You will also work alongside technicians and engineers to gain experience with troubleshooting and programming while contributing to design development, project quoting, and planning activities throughout the full project lifecycle.**Machine Design Co-op:** You will gain experience with CAD design, engineering analysis, manufacturing processes, and process development while seeing your work come to life in production. The pay range for this position is $22.00/hour - $28.00/hour, based on position and academic year.
