Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid regular driver’s license.
Minimum two years of experience in luxury hospitality.
Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds daily.
Weekend/holiday shifts with early or late hours (as early as 5am or as late as 1am).
Experience with property management systems or front desk roles preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm welcome and use guest names accurately.
Register guests in the property management system.
Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage.
Valet parking or guide to self-park locations as needed.
Assist guests with reservations for resort properties.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk, hall, and surrounding areas.
Provide knowledge of facilities, hours, and local activities.
Report guest issues to supervisor promptly.
