Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication is required.
• Must have a valid regular driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality setting; front desk or PMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests using a proper greeting and last name.
• Register guests in the property management system.
• Escort guests to their rooms with luggage.
• Valet guests' vehicles or guide self-parking.
• Assist guests with reservations for resort properties.
• Maintain a clean work area across Grand Hall, front desk, spa, and terraces.
• Know hours and offerings of all in-house facilities and activities.
• Inform supervisor of any guest problems or unusual circumstances.
