Job summary

Global Payments in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to guide onboarding for new enterprise merchants and help set up loyalty programs. You will ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and work with customers to maximize platform value.

You will collaborate with internal teams to address questions, deliver an excellent onboarding experience, and hand off to Customer Success after onboarding completes. Onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in implementation, onboarding or customer-facing roles with enterprise clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Detail oriented, analytical with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish) preferred.
• Based onsite at Charlotte, NC offices.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for assigned clients after contract execution.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and define their loyalty programs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during implementation and coordinate with internal teams.
• Transfer tech or integration issues to the Support team as needed.
• Escalate situations to managers when appropriate.
