Job summary

Epiroc is hiring a Low Voltage Electrical Technician to join onsite in Garland, TX. The role involves troubleshooting low-voltage systems, wiring and programming engines and control systems, and maintaining safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read schematics, and preferred technical certification. Onsite work with standard 7am–3:30pm shift, with a focus on safety and Lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
• Ability to read and understand specifications, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Safe working practices in a manufacturing environment; Lean knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot low-voltage systems using wiring schematics and diagnostic equipment.
• Identify and report defective materials or unusual conditions to supervision.
• Run conduit, pull wire, and make electrical connections per wiring diagrams.
• Perform assembly duties as needed and ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Work independently on wiring and programming, including engine and control systems.
