Epiroc Drilling Solutions, LLC in Garland, Texas is seeking an Electrical Technician responsible for installation, programming, and troubleshooting of electrical components on drilling rigs and equipment, following safety guidelines.

The role covers high- and low-voltage work, rig energizing, wiring, schematics, and collaboration with maintenance teams. Onsite schedule is B shift Fri-Sun 6am - 4:30pm; safety and 5S practices emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and comprehend English; follow safety guidelines and blueprints/schematics.
• 2+ years of experience in electrical work in manufacturing or drilling environments preferred.
• Journeyman license and safe-handling of high/low voltage systems required.

Responsibilities

• Complete high-voltage terminations up to 7200 volts.
• Assist in rig energizing and start-up processes.
• Troubleshoot electrical to electronic interfaces using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Run conduit, pull wires, and make electrical connections per diagrams.
• Perform safe rig start-up procedures and 5S housekeeping.
