Job summary

Epiroc Drilling Solutions, LLC is seeking an Onsite Assembler (Low Voltage Electrical Technician) to troubleshoot and assemble low voltage systems. You will work with schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic equipment, perform conduit runs, and support prototype development.

Ideal candidates hold a HS diploma or GED and have at least two years in a low-voltage role with schematic-reading skills. Safety-sensitive position in a manufacturing environment with standard shop conditions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Two years minimum in low-voltage electrician role.
• Must have training in reading electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Trouble-shoot low voltage systems utilizing wiring schematics, computer software, and diagnostic equipment.
• Trouble-shoot electrical to electronic interfaces.
• Running conduit, pull wire, and make electrical connections in a professional manner using wiring diagrams and/or electrical schematics.
• Assembly duties as required.
• Detect and report defective materials, faulty operation, and unusual conditions to immediate Supervisor.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations / guidelines.
• Work with Engineering and Vendors on new wiring requirements for Prototype units and systems.
• Work independently on wiring and programming engines and power pack systems.
• ECM programming.
• Be able to work with Programmable Motion Control cards (PCM cards).
• Perform other duties as required or directed.
