Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities across multimodal transportation and logistics operations.
• Coordinate and prioritize work assignments to meet service, quality, safety, and productivity targets.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to SOPs; support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for frontline associates.
