Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review processes with Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Set schedules and coordinate worker activities for optimal shift logistics.
• Manage site KPI and monitor progress toward objectives; coach the team.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure smooth operations and service quality.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend recognition or corrective action.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and streamline internal processes.
• Provide orientation and tools for employees and Lead Hands.
