Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 0–1 year of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1 year or more in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate shift activities.
• Accountable for site KPI performance.
• Collaborate with customers on operations aspects.
• Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress.
• Promote diversity, inclusion and internal process improvements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recognize achievements.
• Address performance issues through corrective action.
• Implement health, safety and security initiatives.
• Provide orientation and necessary tools to staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
