Faith Technologies, El Paso, TX, seeks an Onsite Logistics Lead to develop and manage the Logistics Process on construction projects. The role leads an onsite team and coordinates internal and external logistics for up to 200 electricians.

The position emphasizes safety, Lean processes, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning ordering, material tracking, and cost projections on active sites. Travel up to 100% may be required for project coverage.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of material management/logistics experience with prior people leadership.
• LEAN/CI experience preferred; ability to drive process improvements.
• Travel up to 100%; willingness to vary hours with project demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operational group for a project supporting up to 200 electricians and a logistics team of 1–15.
• Oversee the entire ordering process for logistics on a project (Equipment, Tooling, Material, VMI, etc.).
• Focus on efficiency, on-site delivery accuracy, and productivity through Lean methods.
• Assist in safety audits and coordinate with PMs, vendors and internal/external customers.
• Complete basic paperwork timely and support mobilization/re-mobilization on site.
