Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Logistics Specialist in El Paso, TX to oversee all operations for the assigned site and support field personnel with tooling and material needs.

You’ll coordinate deliveries, manage stock levels and vendor inventories, lead a small team, and ensure efficient communication with field crews and supervisors.

This role emphasizes reliability, safety, and customer service, with schedules Monday–Friday and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED; ASCM Warehouse, Forklift, Rigging, and Lull certification preferred
• Experience: 2-3 years of logistics experience
• Travel: Up to 100%
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; may include nights, weekends, holidays; overtime may be required

Responsibilities

• Performs equipment operation duties and material handling
• Communicate effectively with internal customers (FTI Field Members and Supervisors)
• Communicate issues to OLL and crews efficiently
• Leads a team of 1-2 members in an area of operation
• Direct Material Deliveries to proper location onsite
• Help manage stock levels onsite, and the inventory tracker for 2-3 crews
• Execute and close out onsite requests
• Be proficient in equipment operation and help manage maintenance and tracking of equipment
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to monitor stock, cleanliness, and crew needs
• Demonstrates excellent customer relations through effective problem-solving techniques
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned
