Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in El Paso, TX, seeks an Onsite Logistics Lead to develop and coordinate the Logistics Process, manage the onsite logistics team, and coordinate site logistics for electrical construction projects.

Requires 5+ years in material management/logistics, prior people leadership, LEAN/CI preferred; travel up to 100%, work hours 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday, with possible nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma/GED; associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years material management/logistics experience.
• Prior people leadership experience required; Lean/CI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operational group for a project supporting up to 200 electricians and a 1–15 person logistics team.
• Manage entire ordering process for equipment, tooling, materials, and VMI onsite.
• Implement continuous process improvements and ensure safe, efficient material handling.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers and prepare basic jobsite paperwork.
