Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an Onsite Safety Manager to develop, coordinate, and oversee safety and loss control functions on construction sites. The role requires thorough knowledge of federal safety regulations and the electrical trade, plus the ability to operate various construction equipment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Safety or Construction and have 3–5 years of safety experience, including 5 years in the electrical trade, with travel commitments of 60–75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or Construction.
• 3–5 years of Safety experience.
• 5 years of experience in the electrical trade.
• 4th year apprentice or above.
• Travel: 60–75% of time.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with government regulatory agencies such as OSHA, MSHA, DNR, etc.
• Collaborate with Safety Department to improve on-site safety and overall company safety.
• Interface with customers, contractors, and trade associations to promote safety practices and compliance.
• Lead and facilitate daily operational risk management and toolbox talks.
