Job summary

Tekgence Inc in Manassas, VA is seeking a hands-on Inventory Coordinator to support data center receiving, storage, and material movements. This onsite role runs 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., focusing on accurate inventory records and efficient material handling.

You will coordinate shipments, perform cycle counts, and drive RTS returns, collaborating with warehouses and site teams to keep inventories aligned with project demands.

Qualifications

• Onsite in Manassas, VA, Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, receiving, or material-control is preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and follow processes.
• Strong organization and communication and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive data center deliveries both physically and systematically.
• Secure and store materials at receipt.
• Expedite shipments and verify materials in warehouses.
• Maintain and organize storage areas.
• Create physical project pallets.
• Coordinate shipment of materials to other sites or warehouses.
• Support urgent data center material requests.
• Perform weekly inventory scans and cycle counts.
• Perform Return to Stock (RTS) activities.
