Job summary

STN Incorporated is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support data center asset movement and inventory control. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in logistics or inventory control, plus experience with ERP/WMS and strong Excel skills. This onsite position roles across Virginia data center operations and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of logistics or inventory control experience.
• Experience in data center, technology, or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or asset-tracking systems.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for servers, network equipment, spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, verify deliveries against POs, and track shipments.
• Stage equipment, support hardware installation, and coordinate with teams to ensure availability.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and carriers; schedule deliveries and ensure security procedures.
• Maintain documentation for audits and asset lifecycle reporting.
