Job summary

STN Incorporated is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage movement, storage, tracking, and delivery of IT hardware for data centers. You will ensure inventory accuracy, support asset lifecycle, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments while upholding security standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in logistics, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/WMS systems. This full‑time onsite role offers competitive compensation in the Virginia region.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, IT or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years in logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Experience in data center, tech, manufacturing, or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or asset-tracking systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records for servers, network equipment, spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and verify against PO/packing slips.
• Stage equipment for deployment and coordinate with teams to ensure availability.
• Serve as point of contact for vendors and carriers and manage deliveries.
• Maintain audit-ready records and ensure security/compliance.
