Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated CSR experience in logistics, supply chain and/or transportation industries.
• Demonstrates analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Able to prioritize, organize tasks and time with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments align with pick-up and delivery expectations.
• Maintain shipment data in Transportation System Management database.
• Inform customers of transportation issues including delays.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews and customer site visits.
• Collaborate with Project Management to onboard new clients and support special projects.
• Foster positive relationships to support contract renewals and potential sales.
