Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in administrative, logistics, or inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing plans and schedules to enhance distribution of materials and supplies underground.
• Maintain customer relations with contractors managing the warehouse, laydown yard, and trucking contracts.
• Coordinate logistics from offsite storage to SURF underground project site with installation teams.
• Answer inquiries concerning received materials from international and national stakeholders.
