Connect Search LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for producers, customers, and transportation partners. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and ensuring deliveries are on schedule, with a focus on fast-paced problem solving and clear communication.

The position is onsite in Addison, TX, with a Saturday-Wednesday schedule and on-call responsibilities.

Formación

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation coordination or customer-facing operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data accuracy skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily logistics activities between producers, customers, and haulers.
• Schedule and communicate transportation pickup and delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate production, shipment, and receiving records.
• Monitor shipments and resolve transportation or delivery issues.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Research and resolve discrepancies between suppliers and customers.
• Generate month-end logistics and operational reports.
• Manage inventory and supply distribution activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
