Job summary

Connect-Force in Plymouth, Michigan seeks a Transportation Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join our on-site operations. You will coordinate loads, manage carriers, track shipments, and keep deliveries on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers a 1:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule, one weekend per month, and a compensation range of $50,000–$65,000 per year. Ideal candidates bring experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, and familiarity with TMS tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation dispatching, logistics coordination, freight brokerage, or carrier management preferred.
• Experience working with trucking companies, drivers, or transportation providers is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think quickly, make decisions, and solve problems under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Keep Operations Moving: Coordinate loads from initial assignment through final delivery.
• Build Strong Relationships: Work with drivers, carriers, and internal teams.
