Job summary

Intuit in the United States is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation on-site at local TurboTax locations, serving both in-person and virtual clients with expert tax guidance and software support.

You will build relationships, grow the local client base, and coordinate with a full Intuit ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into Bookkeeping, Payroll or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, may scale during peak tax season.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising materials.
• Interest in building local and online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning specialists as needed.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with clear, personalized client communication.
