Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns for personal and small business clients, and coordinate with a broader team of tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists.

You will also grow the local client base and serve as the local face of TurboTax in the community. You will work onsite in TurboTax locations across the United States, helping customers navigate complex tax situations, while leveraging Intuit resources to offer

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a seamless Intuit experience onsite with client meetings and follow-ups.
