Intuit Careers is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in Savannah, GA. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, helping clients navigate personal and business taxes with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

You will drive local growth through outreach, events, and referrals while leveraging Intuit tools to connect clients with related services. This is an on-site, nonexempt role with standard hours.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, personalized guidance.
