Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Experts on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, support complex scenarios, and help grow the local client base with the full Intuit ecosystem.

As a trusted guide, you will build relationships, deliver end-to-end tax services, and collaborate with a team of specialists. The role emphasizes community engagement, ongoing training, and local marketing support.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to use your name and photo for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
