Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients with a broad team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. Role emphasizes building long-term relationships in the local community, delivering a best-in-class customer experience, and collaborating with marketing tools to grow the client base.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours/week; training and uniforms may be required.
• Willing to complete required training and be used in advertising; bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences with customer-centric communication.
