SonicJobs is recruiting for a TurboTax - Local Service Expert on behalf of Intuit. This role is on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, focusing on full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice.

You will connect clients with a broader Intuit team, support business and personal tax needs, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships. Onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax cases.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Bridge clients with Intuit ecosystem across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a seamless, end-to-end client experience.
• Deliver excellent service, helping clients plan for retirement, education, and major life events.
