Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Experts in a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide expert tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services while building a local client base and community presence.

The role emphasizes on-site client meetings, holistic tax advisory, and ongoing training. Strong communication, bilingual ability a plus, and a customer-focused mindset are essential

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and extensive tax law knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office (8:00–17:00 local), minimum 20 hours/week; hours may scale during tax season.
• Must complete required training and development; uniforms provided; name/photo may be used for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; content creation allowed under policy.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and foster loyalty.
• Connect clients to complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop client relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients and facilitate events.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with clear, personalized tax guidance.
