Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes on-site and advise clients in a collaborative team.

You will work in-person at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax returns, from straightforward to complex, while expanding the local client base and promoting Intuit’s ecosystem of services. You will engage with customers directly, tailor advice to individual financial situations, and partner with specialists to provide year-round support, including

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and broad tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to build local client base and foster relationships.
• Link clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
