Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in Ohio. You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and coordinating with specialists for a whole-financial-p picture.

Role requires 20 hours per week, with potential for expansion during peak season. Strong tax knowledge, PTIN, and excellent communication are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing federal/state 1040 returns with professional software.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
• Assist clients in maximizing refunds and future tax planning.
