Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax - Local Service Experts to serve clients in Ohio. You will perform full-service tax preparation, offer expert advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.

As a community ambassador, you’ll grow your local client base, host financial literacy events, and collaborate with marketing to build a trusted local presence. This is an on-site role requiring at least 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services available.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and events.
• Refer clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or planning services as needed.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience with team support.
