You will manage Red Hat Linux servers, storage, file services, access, backups, and security in a multi-platform environment. Responsibilities include building IT infrastructure for engineers, configuring software and licenses, and collaborating with Cybersecurity to meet security requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required and active DoD Secret clearance.
• 5+ years experience with Red Hat Linux in enterprise environments.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware vCenter/vSphere) and storage concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage Red Hat Linux servers and workstations.
• Handle storage and file server management.
• Administer access controls and data backups.
• Configure software and licenses, and provide workstation support.
• Collaborate with engineers to build new IT infrastructure for a group of users.
• Maintain security with cyber and DoD directive compliance.
