Job summary

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) seeks an Associate Project Manager/Sr. Associate Project Manager to help manage external tech transfer projects on site. You will coordinate with the team and customers, develop schedules, manage risks, and track action items to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires PM experience in Life Sciences, strong computer skills, and flexibility to work a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree preferred and prior pharma exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project management, biochemistry, or life sciences.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated PM and leadership skills.
• Open to working in a 24/7 manufacturing environment and flexible schedule onsite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading, planning, and implementation of customer projects.
• Serve as liaison between customers and team members to boost satisfaction.
• Assist with defining project scope, milestones, risks, goals, and deliverables.
• Assist in project budget management and resource allocation.
• Attend status meetings and prepare agendas/minutes for stakeholders.
• Contribute to organized presentations and effective communications.
