Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing, Inc. (GRAM) in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks an Associate Project Manager/Sr. Associate Project Manager to support external tech transfer projects, coordinate with customers and the team, and help define scope, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

This is a fully onsite role. Candidates should have PM or life sciences experience, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and flexibility to work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Project Management, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment and host customers onsite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading, planning, and implementation of customer projects.
• Serve as liaison between customers and team members to increase satisfaction.
• Assist with defining project scope, milestones, risks, goals, and deliverables; implement change controls and tech transfer plans.
• Assist in managing project budget and resource allocation.
• Attend and facilitate status meetings with agendas and minutes for stakeholders.
• Help prepare well-organized presentations and communicate solutions to customers.
