Job summary

FSS Technologies in Michigan is seeking an Inspection Coordinator to manage life-safety inspections and coordinate field activities. You will liaise with customers, organize schedules, and ensure compliance with AHJ requirements.

This role requires proactive communication and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. You will support technicians, maintain accurate records in Building Reports and FieldHub, and drive on-time inspections with an emphasis on service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections including fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, backflow, emergency lights.
• Create accounts in Building Reports.
• Review and update inspection prices in FieldHub.
• Open/Close Inspection Work Orders.
• Review and upload reports into governing compliance engines.
• Schedule repairs for deficiencies found during inspections.
• Respond to technician and customer questions promptly.
• Ensure all resources are available for scheduled inspections.
